Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?


No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. All of our house cleaning employees are trustworthy and friendly. We do ask that you be present at our first visit to walk through the home with you.




Do you guarentee your services?


Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. If the quality of work performed and paid for, is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. If you believe we did an outstanding job please write a review of us on an online site so others can see what our service has to offer. We love to read customer reviews!




What can I expect when you arrive for the appointment?


You will receive a text letting you know which of our cleaners are on their way to clean your home. Once we arrive, we will do a walkthrough of the home with you to ensure we know the layout and have an understanding of what areas we are to clean.




How should I prepare for my appointment?


To prepare, we just ask that you have your pets put away or not in the areas that we are cleaning. If we are not doing laundry services, make sure your clothes are removed from the floor, bed, furniture so we can clean properly. If we are making your beds, please have new sheets out for us.




How do a pay for my cleaning services?


Payment is due the day the service is performed. You may pay by credit/debit card. For your convenince, you may also save a card on file in your client portal for reoccuring cleans. One-time cleans require a credit card payment.




What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?


If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you approximately one month in advance to reschedule. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.




Can I hire your cleaners directly?


Our employees are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time and resources is put into hiring our staff. Each employee signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our customers for a period of two years from the date that employee last worked for GO House Cleaners.




Are there any services you don't offer?


While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean exterior windows, mold, bio hazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.




I've never had a professional clean my home before, does this cost extra?


While we make every effort to keep all homes within our flat-rate pricing; homes that are extra dirty or larger than normal for the given number of bedrooms and bathrooms may incur additional charges over the flat-rate fee.




What is your cancellation policy?


Our contracts are month-to-month to keep member pricing perks with 2 weeks notice of vacation or pause of services. 30-days notice is required to cancel servivces. If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit we ask you give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $70 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out the full price will be charged.
